At Shipt, we are transforming the grocery shopping experience and giving time back to consumers. Shipt shoppers handpick fresh groceries and household essentials, then deliver them to your door in as little as one hour.

Shipt is scaling and focused on growing our last mile solution, Driven, we are in search of a full-time Partner Success Manager. You will join a newly created team and help build the foundation from the ground up while carefully cultivating and maintaining relationships with our retail partners. As the main point of contact, you’ll coordinate launches, advocate on your retailers’ behalf to help drive business, analyze trends and work with internal departments to create long-lasting successful partnerships.

Your Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture a strong partnership with retail partners through thoughtful communication, regular business reviews, reporting, and innovative opportunities
  • Provide industry trends and insights in order to help develop a strategy and growth potential for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Position yourself as a thought leader to cross-functional teams both internally and externally to maximize retailers’ growth in the last mile delivery space
  • Identify key players within retailers’ organization to connect with in order to build a deeper partnership
  • Be a problem-solver; work with teams to develop sustainable solutions that benefit members, shoppers and partners
  • Own the onboarding process of new retail partners to the Shipt last-mile delivery solution, Driven and additional business models
    Define and clearly communicate the project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, ensuring technical and operational feasibility
  • Create a detailed project plan to monitor and track your progress using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Lead project initiatives from start to finish - clearly outlining pertinent information to all parties (internal and external)
  • Interpret technical details and communicate with partners about requirements and specifications
  • Report project progress to leadership and partners

Requirements

  • 5-7 years experience in account management, preferably in the technology and retail sector
  • Demonstrated experience in a role requiring solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking
  • Demonstrated experience in a role requiring excellent client-facing and internal communication
  • Experience coordinating many projects, wearing many hats and working with multiple departments concurrently
  • Experience with financial planning and strategy
  • Comfortable with public speaking and interfacing with high-level executives
  • Experience with process creation and improvement
  • Ability to travel 1-2 nights a month

Nice to Haves

  • Tech, retail, or last-mile delivery experience
