We are looking for a dedicated, sharp and experienced Content Moderation Team Leader to join our Trust and Safety team. The team leader will hire and manage an excellent content moderation team in Tel Aviv.

The perfect candidate would be an excellent manager, with a flair for content, and process oriented. The candidate should be proactive, hard worker, punctual, out of the box thinker and with strong moral principles. The ideal candidate will be able to work within a global team, while managing the complexities associated with working in different time zones.

The content moderation team at Fiverr are in charge of content moderation, reports from our community and handling, among other, DMCA and copyright issues. Our mission is to maintain a safe and trusted marketplace. We strive to protect our community while providing the best user experience. Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and develop Content Moderation Specialists and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment.
• Own and manage the IL shifts in addition to the ongoing content moderation work.
• Professional POC of the team during IL hours.
• First point of escalation for any professional/technical issues arising during the shifts.
• Looking out for technical issues and seamless shift hand off. Make sure the incoming shift is aware of previous shifts issues.
• POC for ongoing issues with other departments during IL work time.
• Prioritize and push tasks to improve the overall MI flows and tools.
• Take ownership of MI issues and handle problems through to resolution.
• Define and meet IL team SLAs and work balance.
• Analyze statistics and reports.
• Communication between all teams and MI managers globally to ensure alignment and updates.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in Content moderation/Customer support/Compliance
• 2-3 years of experience as a manager.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask and adapt to a fast-moving environment.
• Analytical skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Fast learner and versatile individual, willing to learn
• Ability to work independently and with self-discipline
• Great communication skills.
• Proactive
• Additional language - advantage
• Ability to travel as needed.
