Mobile Engineering Manager - Learning Services

Responsibilities:

• Work with product managers, designers, and engineers on the team’s activities
• Promote continuous learning and improvement for the team and its members
• Plan and lead technical initiatives which will boost the team’s productivity
• Be both highly technical, hands-on coder and an effective people manager
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of iOS developers, Android developers, and Q.A engineers, all working towards a common goal

About You:

• Bachelor's in Computer Sciences or equivalent training or equivalent work experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing technical teams, setting goals and crafting plans to achieve them
• Intimate knowledge of the mobile ecosystem and community (iOS/Android)
• Great background in building products that can scale
• Solid design & architecture vision and knowledge around delivering awesome products to users hands
