• Collaborate with business development, sales, accounting, product, engineering teams in support of our partners as the technical subject matter expert (Updox integration APIs) in discussions with current and prospective partners
• Coordinate API integration implementations by Updox partners all the way from pre-sales support through partner’s post production rollout to their customers
• Define scope details for each implementation and track progress to the defined scope
• Document existing and new partner integration implementation specifications
• Assist partner support team to triage, prioritize and resolve technical issues as needed
• Provide assistance with responding to partner invoice and billing issues by coordinating research with partner support and accounting
• Recommend process improvement opportunities to partner implementations and support
• Collaborate with product management and engineering on roadmap and integration development efforts to prepare partner support team for expected changes
  

What you'll bring...

• 3-5 years experience in providing software implementation services to customers including API integrations between solutions
• 1-3 years experience in healthcare provider practice management or Electronic Medical Records software is preferred
• Experience coordinating and driving implementation activities with customers
• Ability to deliver high quality technical integration and functional consultancy
• Experience providing pre-sales assistance
• Ability to collaborate and work with business development, marketing, product, engineering, accounting and support teams
• Proven track record of high customer satisfaction
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, networking, or related field preferred. Equivalent work experience considered
