About the role
We are looking for bright, kind and goal oriented Warehouse Area Specialist, Client Experience (CSR), who is passionate about delighting our clients and building an amazing culture. This position partners with the larger Client Experience (CX) team of agents in Austin and San Francisco to answer questions and resolve any client concerns. The day-to-day work activities include processing problem returns and responding to client inquiries in our client experience ticketing system, Zendesk.
You’re excited about this opportunity because you will...
- Become a subject matter expert in client-related issues within the warehouse. You will gain expertise and precision in your daily tasks (i.e. resolving exchanges, item inquiries, undeliverables, mis-shipments, address errors, customer-owned goods, etc.)
- Get the opportunity to flex your problem solving skills by identifying opportunities for process improvements and partnering with other CX agents to make processes more productive and efficient.
- Partner with all departments in the warehouse to assist with tasks, questions, and support to ensure a good flow within daily operations.
- Do something different everyday! No two days will be the same.
- As the team grows, you’ll develop a close partnership with other CSR counterparts within the warehouse as you determine your daily workflow and responsibilities.
- Champion innovation by finding ways to do things more efficiently, ask client-centric questions, and work through challenges and obstacles.

- Are energized by being in the action -- you’ll be on your feet 8-10 hours a day, walking, bending, lifting up to 25 pounds that keep your body in constant motion.
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
