Overview Within our
Strategic Project Office (SPO) , you will directly contribute to support Criteo growth and transformation. We have an ambitious roadmap that includes company-wide amazing projects (Post-Merger Integration, Organic Growth initiatives such as GTM strategy, new geographies or support to new product implementation) that you will directly contribute to deliver. Criteo is in the midst of a transformation that requires bold strategic thinkers able to take ownership of an initiative and drive it forward to achieve its objectives. At SPO, we are humble problem solvers focused on delivering high impact analyses and answers to C-level executives. We are also able to drive the actions and initiatives that are necessary to implement our recommendations.
What you'll do
- Defining and scoping transformation projects
- Providing answers and insights to senior management through problem solving and analysis
- Engaging management to co-design solutions to the issues at hand
- Building consensus within the organization for action
- Support improvement of methodologies, processes and tools within SPO and Criteo.
Who you are

- You have a successful significant experience in a top tier strategy consulting firm
- You are fluent English spoken and written – French is a plus
- Excellent organization, time management and project management skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills, ability to understand different environments and business acumen
- Able to work effectively across functions/teams
- Strong Excel / PowerPoint skills – Tableau, SQL is a plus.
