About You
We are looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to join our internal marketing team. The role reports to our Senior Marketing Manager and is responsible for working with Marketing and Business Development colleagues to help drive 3Q’s lead generation and client upsell efforts. The hire will be responsible for the execution, management, measurement, and optimization of 3Q’s marketing campaigns, programs, and advertising strategies. The position will also be responsible for aiding in the development and execution of agency events.

Successful candidates will be enterprising, driven, and highly organized. The position calls for broad knowledge and relevant experience in the digital marketing landscape and the ability to lead campaigns in close collaboration with internal project teams. We’re looking for someone who is a “jack of all trades”: who is independent, intellectually curious, and will challenge themselves and take the initiative to broaden their skill set. Must be able to thrive in a dynamic environment and must be a team player. The ideal candidate will be a fast, eager learner who likes to dive in and provide solutions.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and various subject-matter experts to define and execute strategy for driving awareness, leads, and upsells through various channels
  • Effectively project manage by communicating with sales, account, service-line, and creative teams, monitoring project status, and moving projects forward by removing blocks and mitigating risks to ensure projects deliver on brief and on time
  • Manage the production of content and assets (blog posts, whitepapers, webinars, case studies, video) that drive leads and supports sales and demand generation efforts
  • Support with various 3Q partner and client events
  • Aid in the optimization of 3Q’s various paid SEM and social media campaigns with in-house teams, and help manage organic social media.
  • Work closely with internal teams to optimize the performance of our website and data processes.
  • Aid internal operations in usage and development of our SalesForce and Pardot instances.

You'll need to have:

  • 2-5 years of relevant internal marketing experience in the digital space; specifically lead/demand generation
  • Proven ability in designing and executing marketing campaigns and programs
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills
  • Excellence in working with deadlines
  • Rigorous organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to work with colleagues in many different offices/time zones
  • Eagerness to learn new skills

Additional things that will impress us:

  • Experience with Google Analytics, WordPress, and SalesForce highly preferred
  • Prior agency and/or B2B experience preferred
  • Experience with marketing automation systems, especially Pardot, a bonus
  • Excellent understanding of lead generation and B2B principles
