Job Location - Delhi

The Role:

We are seeking young, bright, and passionate candidate with 1-3 years of experience for the position of Associate - Expert Engagement.

As an Associate – Expert Engagement, you are expected to engage Subject Matter Experts (Freelancers) using your social, professional and interpersonal skills. An ideal Associate – Expert Engagement is a street smart, driven and outgoing professional with ability to explore new venues for freelancers for the business. You will join a band of professionals with unstoppable spirit and never say never attitude

Responsibilities:

• Customer engagement and retention:
• Execute last mile activities required to engage freelance subject matter experts (a.k.a. experts) to work with Chegg
• Conceptualize and execute email campaigns aimed at onboarding, retaining, engaging and upgrading Experts. Working knowledge of email marketing/campaigning tools is essential.
• Conceptualize and execute the expert outreach program via SMS/OBD/calls/community engagement
• Analytical capabilities: Utilize data driven insights to identify opportunities of engaging and upgrading Experts
• Ensure prompt communication with the experts via digital media
• Help onboard new experts and handhold them to ensure improved productivity
• Be an advocate of Chegg on social media platforms

Requirements:

• Working knowledge of MS Excel
• Min. 1 year experience in email marketing and campaign management
• Analytical mindset with good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Excellent business communication skills (oral and written)
• Ability to work effectively in a team – should be able to switch nimbly between being a team player and a self-starter
• Flexible and willing to adapt to new challenges
• Experience in working with freelancers, online tutors or community management is a plus

• Social media marketing
• Web and app analytics like google analytics, adobe analytics etc
