An integral part of the US ARDx Finance team, this position is responsible for the administration of sales compensation plans and sales analytics for the Infectious Disease – Developed and Cardiometabolic business units within the US Segment of Abbott Rapid Diagnostics. The role will provide design and development support for the implementation of compensation plans. In addition to the sales compensation plans, this role will provide finance support that ensures data integrity, accurate calculations and robust analysis.
Primary Responsibilities: - Prepares Monthly sales compensation package/workbooks.
- Build and provide monthly compensation accruals in support of the FP&A team.
- Provide support to sales leadership as a key liaison for sales performance management.
- Support sales personnel onboarding to include new hire orientation on sales compensation plans, sales analytics access and understanding.
- Works closely with sales analytic team to help sales reps examine performance levels.
- Manages compensation programs for over 225 sales personnel who manage greater than $1B in annual business.
- Works closely with the commercial and finance leadership to provide analytics support.
Educational/Experiential background:
- Bachelors’ Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field
- Minimum of 2-4 years of business analyst experience
