We offer consulting and development services to help our clients define their strategy, solution architecture and deliver outcomes that provide tangible business value.&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">ThoughtWorks is looking to continue our journey in building excellence in all key sectors through the right talent, clients, approaches, and engagements.To help us in this journey &nbsp;we are looking for a passionate and driven individual to be our Delivery Principal. </span></p> <p><strong>Key responsibilities for this role would include:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ensure we meet and exceed client engagement expectations</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ensure overall delivery excellence for account</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">To establish, build and maintain long term relationships with our clients' senior delivery professionals</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Maintain accurate risk profile with Delivery Excellence</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Be a major contributor to the Client Strategy</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Build a healthy network of relationships on the ground with key owners/stakeholders of delivery (i.e. PMO, Business stakeholders, influencers)</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Support project managers and be their go-to person to resolve problems affecting delivery</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Manage to have several related projects for the same client, with the intention of improving our clients' technological landscape maximizing the value they get from technology</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Introduce innovation in tools &amp; processes, with a close watch on the world outside, through concepts, benchmarks and evaluations.</span></li> </ul> <p><strong>To succeed in this role, you will need the following experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">10+ years of project and/or program management experience in customized software initiatives</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience working with Agile methodologies</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience working for IT projects in different industries. </span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Prior experience with delivery management for a product </span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience running IT projects with multiple stakeholder involvement and distributed teams.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">A willingness to do what it takes to get the job done - going back to the drawing board with a problem or simply taking on different roles and responsibilities for some time, you thrive at adapting to changing environments</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Account development experience; creating, maintaining and/or enhancing customer relationships that have yielded business opportunity.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish</span></li> </ul> <p><strong>Important Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and managers</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Team building and motivation</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Excellent expectation and stakeholder management</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Foster community within team as well as amongst ThoughtWorks at large</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Helping provide teams with the skills to be successful across the entire engagement lifecycle (on the ground Delivery Services)</span></li> </ul> <p><strong>Soft Competencies</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">:</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience coaching and mentoring people </span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ability to deal effectively with problems and errors.
