THIS IS WHAT YOU’LL DO · Reporting to the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for finding the very best creative talent to help us build the Rivian brand · Establish and nurture meaningful relationships with creative leaders and key cross-functional stakeholders internally · Leave no stone unturned when it comes to sourcing, seeking out hidden gems in far flung corners. · Provide innovative, scalable solutions to meet our business objectives · Expertly lead the recruiting process, delivering a first class candidate experience · Embody the company values: Love the World. THIS IS WHAT YOU’LL NEED: · Proven track record in hiring highly specialized creative roles across both brand and marketing teams. · Experience managing pipelines and multiple levels of hire from early career professionals to senior managers. · Client-focused and committed to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, continually seek new sourcing avenues, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer. · Culturally aware. · An innate appreciation for, and curiosity about, creativity in all its forms. · A natural ability to communicate, connect and build relationships · Sharp eye for detail and precision THIS IS WHERE YOU’LL WORK: Department: Talent Acquisition Location: Southern California (LA or Irvine ) RIVIAN DESCRIPTION: Rivian is on a mission to keep the world adventurous forever.
