The eBay Customer Success team is the hub of all client communication and success for our advertisers. Customer Success Manager (CSMs) own relationships at the world’s biggest agencies & brands, providing consultation and support throughout the sales cycle, while effectively setting and managing client expectations. CSMs collaborate cross-functionally to ensure advertiser campaigns are set up to succeed, working closely with Sales and Operations to launch and optimize both direct and programmatic deals to meet & exceed client objectives and drive revenue. eBay CSMs have strong communication skills and are able to effectively build & maintain positive relationships both internally and externally.
Responsibilities
Provide strategic consultation to clients on how best to successfully leverage eBay Advertising solutions to achieve business objectives
Own day-to-day client communication and support (both pre and post sales) for advertiser campaigns, working in conjunction with assigned Sales partners
Manage media planning functions as part of the client RFP process Lead kick-off calls for new and existing clients to ensure smooth campaign set up and delivery to media KPIs
Work cross functionally with internal stakeholders (Campaign Management, Sales Operations, Marketing) to set-up, launch, and optimize both managed and programmatic campaigns to achieve client objectives
Provide regular reporting to clients, and collaborate on mid and post campaign wraps with our Data Insights team to drive additional value for our partners
Collaborate with Sales partners on client QBRs and upsell opportunities to drive incremental revenue
Qualifications
2+ years of digital advertising experience at an agency, publisher, DSP, SSP or other AdTech company (Media Planning, Account Management, Customer Success)
Experience owning day-to-day client communication
Experience working on digital campaigns (both direct and programmatic buying models)
Strong grasp of the overall advertising ecosystem
Proficiency with Salesforce, Excel and PowerPoint
Skills

Strong organization & attention to detail
Understanding of basic media math and campaign analytics - comfortable with data and analyzing trends
Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, deadline-driven organization
