Growth Product Manager

Job Description

Position Overview:If you love driving growth and adoption for thousands of users, this role is for you! The MEP team is looking for a Growth Product Manager to strategize and execute on growth and adoption for our top priority solutions- building in-app experiences and migration paths for our next-generation SaaS products across our portfolio.You will focus on building in-product onboarding and continued learning experiences for end-users in order to successfully have new users up and running on our solution quickly, users, automate migrations, and increase adoption, growing the customer base and retention rates. You also draft and build-out in-product customer journeys and work closely with internal stakeholders, including product managers, marketing, user experience and customer success to leverage the in-product and email channels to target communications to customers.
There is a possibility to work from the following Trimble offices:

• The Netherlands, Bodegraven
• UK, Milton Keynes

Key Responsibilities:

• Create product migration and adoption plans. Identify opportunities to build customer success through new and improved customer journeys, both in-app and via email.
• Product management: Understand and contribute to our team strategy and portfolio roadmap. Own and drive capability roadmaps. Execute against the roadmaps by prioritizing initiatives and detailing what each and every feature looks like.
• Built out customer journeys. Work closely with product management, product marketing, software engineers, and UX designers to scope, plan, design, and launch in-app communications and user journeys.
• Report to leadership on user adoption and migration progress using our product analytics tooling
• Be the champion for our in-app user engagement tool Gainsight PX and will drive adoption and retention for existing and new users for our SaaS products. Also, you train and educate our product team on building out in-app customer journeys and share best practices internally.
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• Passion for user experience, design, and problem-solving.
• Skill to visualize and illustrate: ideas, workflows, detailed implementations.
• Ability to break large initiatives into smaller implementation tasks.
• Project management and leadership expertise for aligning and executing with cross-functional teams.
• Skill to built out in-app customer engagements and journeys (through guides, pop-ups etc)
• Quantitative skills with regards to data utilization interpretation and analysis
• Clear and concise communication. Strong communication skills, for customer and internal communications
• A big plus would be for you to have experience with Gainsight PX, Salesforce or other In-app engagement or CRM tools
