Sr. Ops Production Coordinator

Work at Home Technology Requirements:

• A secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions of any kind
• A reliable high-speed broadband Internet service provider (ISP):
  • Dial up or Satellite Internet service providers are not sufficient
  • ISP must be hardwired (WiFi prohibited) and must be used for Capital One purposes only during your schedule and would need to be in place at start of employment
  • The ISP speed/bandwidth must be 5 megabytes per second (minimum required) or higher (10+ preferred). Please contact your ISP for confirmation. Check your internet service provider speed/bandwidth at http://www.speedtest.net/

Responsibilities:

• Accurate data entry of customer and account information when posting all exception-based debit card transactions.
• Perform thorough transaction level research by reviewing for proper funds allocation on debit card exception transactions.
• Adhere to bank/department guidelines and timelines to ensure that Bank Regulations are in compliance.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively while completing day to day processes and projects.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with internal customers via phone and email when handling debit card research or maintenance requests.
• Accurately complete team daily reporting provided to management with the ability to identify and escalate any trends in workflow.
• Maintain superior Quality Assurance results.

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
• At least 1 year of banking or customer service experience
• At least 1 year of experience in Microsoft Office
