As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you'll be directly involved in the evolution of a platform that powers millions of websites across the globe, serving the needs of small businesses, bloggers, WordPress devotees, entrepreneurs and more.

What you'll Achieve:

• You will guide our software architects and technical leadership team to lead the process of evolving from a legacy monolithic architecture to a modern microservices architecture
• You will evolve our developer tools so that our teams are releasing and developing more efficiently.
• You will align deliverables the overall objectives and key results of Bluehost
• You will orchestrate product and technical leadership to devise strategic outcomes and will be regularly building, measuring and monitoring metrics as you work to achieve them.
• You will communicate effectively the impact that the teams work is having on the business stakeholders and your peers.

Who you are:

• 6+ years of SaaS product development experience.
• Expertise researching, defining and documenting complex business processes and requirements
• Exceptional analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
• Successful track record of collaboration with key stakeholders
• The ability to lead and influence various teams as well as the ability to manage and grow internal and external relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to work at a strategic level, but also able to get into the details on requirements
• Exposure to microservices technologies like Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD tools like Jenkins, and the cloud platform Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Help guide product solutions that build as continuous integration/deployment pipelines with robust testing and deployment schedules
• Knowledge of web presence industry (e.g. website builders, website hosting, online digital presence curation)
• Degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, Information Systems or equivalent work experience
