Associate, Process Manager

Summary:

The Capital One ATM Operations team is looking for a well-qualified Process Manager to support an evolving ATM hardware and deployment strategy. Capital One currently offers over 2000 ATMs within its national banking footprint with plans to upgrade and expand the ATM fleet. As Capital One transforms its physical presence across both local and café markets, the ATM will continue to play a larger role in meeting customer transaction needs.

We are seeking a dedicated, disciplined, process professional who excels in a team environment. This person will have excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication skills, along with the ability to adapt to changing requirements quickly. The key to success in this role is the ability to understand how processes work through basic mapping, mitigating business risks, ensuring the right controls are in place, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

General Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily process flow of initiating new ATM projects through regular queue monitoring, process measurement, and breakdown response as needed
• Monitor used ATM inventory and collaborate with value chain partners (such as finance, construction, and ATM) to ensure proper documentation of ATM assets in finance’s fixed asset registry
• Assist with ATM demand forecasting and strategy by staying in constant communication with leadership and gathering information as business needs evolve
• Maintain and develop useful reporting to assist with daily needs of ATM Operations
• Collaborate with teammates on cross-functional project teams and provide input for process improvement initiatives that create better experiences for our customers
• Communicate updates with internal customers on new and existing processes
• Acquire knowledge of operational procedures and ensure audit documentation is relevant and updated

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Knowledge of data networks or Windows Operating systems
• Experience with Excel/Microsoft Office Suite for analytical purposes
• Experience with Google Suites (Slides, Sheets, Docs)

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• At least 1 year of experience in Business Process Management

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience
• Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Project Management Certification
• At least 1 year of ATM experience
