What we're looking for:

You are an Alliances Marketing Manager, Global System Integrators (GSI) and are responsible for helping to define, build and execute strategic alliance marketing plans within our GSI partners. You are responsible for building the overall marketing strategy and executing plans for 2-3 of our Strategic GSI’s that will create market position, drive market share and incremental revenue for Citrix. This will require teaming in the creation and innovation existing joint solutions and GTM models that will drive incremental value. It will require creating and engaging with cross-functional teams across development, sales, marketing, and technical integration to execute the plan. It will also require building executive governance with key marketing and solution decision-makers at assigned GSI’s.

Position Summary

This role requires an experienced leader in partner and alliance marketing, with a proven track record of business development and sales engagement experience. You have strong knowledge of IT industry and experience driving alliances with managed service partners. Experience in leveraging strong strategic and operational skills to define strategy and business plan. You bring a mature experience level and comfort working with senior executive levels to shape and align the strategic agenda of Citrix and our Global System Integrators.

What you will be doing:

  • Development of overall partnership with the Global Integrators with partner managers, aligning to Citrix product and market strategy to drive new and influential pipeline and business. Plans will include joint vision, goals, and value propositions in addition to go to market and teaming on sales strategies.
  • C-Level and leadership relationship development initiatives throughout different business units and execs (Offerings, Sales, CTO leads, Industry etc.) while maintaining engagement and relationships with marketing and solution key stakeholders.
  • Grow contribution of GSI partnerships through enablement and engagement programs around Citrix’s offerings with The Future of Work and Citrix Workspace with Intelligence.
  • Define joint campaigns, Industry value propositions/use cases and GTM motions required for success for specific initiative.
  • Drive demand generation activities, working with Sales, Architects and other partners to develop Go-to-Market motions required for success.
  • Lead Citrix in navigating GSI partnerships while evangelizing our joint value with sales and leadership to grow and elevate partnership.
  • Develop, refresh, manage and report on digital programs to that drive Citrix messages and grow our partnerships.
  • Management, engagement and reporting of GSI SDF.
  • Deep understanding of WW Partner business strategies, goals, customers and workforce to define marketing needs and direction for the GSI engagement.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent
  • A senior marketing professional with IT industry experience in a similar role, preferably with a software vendor
  • Ideally experience working with GSI
