Our Exciting Opportunity

We are now looking for a Solution Architect, who will be owning, analyzing, designing and developing commercially viable and technical solutions for the customers. In this role, you will also be accountable for providing profitable business for Ericsson by translating customer needs, and technology opportunities into detailed technical offering, solutions and proposals.

You will

  • Scope, define and design solution offerings; driving end-to-end technical solutions
  • Analyze customer technology, define business requirements and participate in risk analysis
  • Work with core team on list of potential activities and solutions
  • Develop technical presentations and proposals, and perform customer presentations
  • Support deployment of solution.
  • Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation and information sharing
  • Stay abreast of on new technology/technical areas and share information about solution to enable customer competence build

To be successful in the role you must have

  • 9+ years of Telco BSS working experience (ranging from Testing, Design and Software Development to Team Leading).
  • 9 years of BSCS consultancy and development in BSCS kernel/non–kernel modules
  • Testing, analysis and design on different areas of BSCS Solution
  • Excellent knowledge on BSCS Billing System (BSCS iX R1, R2, R3 Rating, Promotions, Billing, Finance and Customer Care including CMS and SOI command structure of BSCS)
  • Extensive experience in hands-on work on BSCS including testing, production support, consultancy, etc.
  • Excellent decision-making skills and able to take high responsibilities
  • Solution development, effort estimation, end-to-end design, technical coordination to solution delivery for different scale projects
  • Good knowledge of IT Processes and Services including B/OSS
  • Experienced in working and negotiating technical requests with business teams
  • Coaching of technical teams, coordinating and auditing
  • Experienced in team leadership for entire delivery process.
  • Ability to understand complex business or technical requirements and perform business and functional analysis; ability to write concise and clear specifications, understanding of software development and testing process.
  • BSCS on site Support, Rating Billing, Promotions, Customer Care & Provisioning
  • Unix OS, Shell Scripting, BSCS Rating Batches, SQL/PLSQL, HP QC (Mercury)
  • CR Analysis, First line support, Delivery & Integration, Functional Tests, Regression Tests
