As a Data Steward, be responsible for implementing the data standard strategy for one of our projects in the Telco industry. This process includes custodianship of the platform’s data standards, data analysis, data management, data retention and data governance. As a member of the team, you work alongside Configurators, Developers, Software Engineers, Analysts and Business Stakeholders to ensure the platform is compliant with IBM Data Standards.
As key responsibilities, you will be responsible for the maintenance and quality of the information related to the addresses and their associated information, ensuring their integrity and usability for the application ecosystem. Also, will be responsible for the roadmap of enhancements.
What abour your daily taks?

• Monitors and works a region-specific Work Queue within GLM. Effectively communicates changes and work performed with stakeholders.
• Monitors and works a region-based locations MySupportDesk queue, supporting location creation/corrections.
• Act as main POC/SME for any location-related issues within the region and interact with different teams for resolution.
• Maintains strict data integrity within locations systems and strives to clean existing data when issues are identified. Define or modify address rules accordingly
• Actively participate in GLM Stewardship calls, and communicates any system issues affecting the region to IT.
• Building Programs – Support building adds/changes/removals for Program Buildings applicable to LATAM location.
• Education - Locations is the hub for all things from quote to eqpt installation so we regularly educate FEs, SEs, CCMs and Planners on Service Locations, LocNums & their intended use.
• Review the business processes that feed GLM attributes and articulate with different areas to keep location data accuracy.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Minimum 3 years of experience as Data Engineer:

• +2 Year working in areas processing information.
• Affinity whit processes and software systems
• Experience of data base management SQL or similar.
• Deep understanding of Geographical information systems.
• English advanced.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Experience working on Post or Logistic Companies in administration areas managing Addresses is a plus.
