Our Exciting Opportunity

The main task is to overlook Repair Screening Line issue of the repair product. To achieve the Key Performance Indicators and to look for product process continues improvement. To ensure the team follow the proper process and repair method adhere to ESD regulations and Ericsson Standard.

You will

  • Chair the daily meetings, monitor the daily output achievement and the faulty volume to plan the resources toward the capacity goal.
  • Review backlog in daily basis and action plan toward to clear the backlog.
  • Ensure the repair line comply to 5S all time and repair team to follow the process according to the documentation instructions and regulations.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly Key Performance Indicators report with the root cause analysis and (continues) improvement plan. To perform analysis study and report monthly staff work efficiency.
  • Work with Quality Team to monitor the product output quality and response to CAR on time with the effective action.
  • Review, develop, execute and innovate the repair processes in the Repair Center, provide feedback to PSE Team, Repair Solution & PDU for improvement on product repaired. To participate and help design team in design investigation at RC to improve the quality on the Ericsson’ product if needed.
  • Ensure the Repair, Screening & Upgrade (New FCO/RCO) flow & implementation to the team to follow the document instruction and regulations.
  • Ensure the reference product related documentation (E.g. Product Matrix & etc.) always updated.
  • Support any ad-hoc issue assigned by Repair Screening Line Manager.
  • Be responsible for the Repair, Screening & Upgrade quality carried out by staff within operation department.
  • Also be responsible to Drive Performance Management & Competence Management.

To be successful in the role you are expected to

  • Possess a minimum of Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
  • Have expertise in using analysis tools.
  • Minimum three-year working experience in electronics printed circuit board assembly’s operation environment.
  • A Competence required & stated in Competence Profile for JRD – HW Make Support.
