Job Summary:
We are seeking entrepreneurial and creative individuals to help build an in-house advertising and communications function for our Xfinity products and services. The in-house agency will be primarily based in New York City. This group will produce creative content for all channels including TV, digital, social, radio, in-store, print as well as extensive video production for various on-line and in-house needs. As the Strategist for the in-house agency, you will be responsible for driving thought leadership and providing insight-driven recommendations with internal teams.

Most Days You:
- Provide senior-level consulting, planning and leadership of projects.
- After briefing, identify the need and the objectives and provide strategic/creative recommendation.
- Advocate for consumer-driven and experience-driven POV in conversations with teams.
- Consistently work to transform and improve our customer, employee, and operational experiences.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

You Bring:
- Generally requires 10+ years related experience.
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent education level.
- A background in strategy, preferably in a an agency or related industry.
- Comfortability working with multidisciplinary teams to lead the strategic direction of creative to ensure we are driving both business and consumer value.
- Proven ability to handle large-scale, complex systems projects.
- Must be able to translate insights into tasks and next steps for internal team.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Organized self-starter with the vision and leadership to help drive change within a team and the organization as a whole.
- Hands-on experience in analysis of research and data; and its use in driving qualified thinking, development of strategy and briefing.
- Ability to articulate concepts, strategies and recommendations clearly through exceptional oral and written communication skills, as well as a great listener.
- Strong presentation skills.
