RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Respond to calls for assistance
  • Administer first aid and level-appropriate care per state, local and national guidelines
  • Properly assess injuries and the coordination for appropriate transportation to medical facilities
  • Effectively communication with Safety Managers, EMS Personnel and Medical Facility Staff
  • Assist site Safety Personnel with safety related duties and inspections
  • Provide detailed documentation of medical and safety related incidents
  • Coordinate with Safety Managers in maintaining the most safe and secure construction site environment
  • Administer daily site required drug and alcohol testing programs

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Current CPR or BLS (Basic Life Support) or equivalent credential
  • State Certification for EMT or Paramedic or National EMT certification, (NREMT)
  • At least 2 years of experience working as an EMT
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Prior experience with Site Safety
  • Safety certifications like
  • CHST, Construction Health and Safety Technician
  • CSP, Certified Safety Professional
  • OSHA 30
  • Construction industry experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
