We are seeking an experienced hunter who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment. The ideal candidate has experience in healthcare but that is not required. What You’ll Do

Like most growing companies, the job content of all positions varies daily as everyone pitches in to get the job done. Nonetheless, we try to maintain clarity with respect to employees’ primary responsibilities.

  • In close collaboration with Pharma Sales, Business Development and our Clinical Solutions team, you’ll drive partnership identification and engagement
  • Secure meetings with key Pharma decision makers through personalized outreach in partnership with our Pharma Business Development Associate
  • Establish CoverMyMeds as the leader in medication access solutions across our suite of services
  • Focus on “filling the funnel” for Pharma Sales resulting in material revenue growth
  • Sell ePA solutions to select Pharmaceutical Manufacturers
  • Maintain post-sales engagement with Account Management to ensure continued success and upsell opportunities
  • Cultivate hybrid goals of driving lead generation for Pharma Sales and drive entire sales process including: qualifying prospects, demoing, contracting, negotiating, and closing
  • Utilize Salesforce, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo and Tableau

About You

You approach lead generation and sales with enthusiasm, focus and data. You are self-motivated and feel a great sense of accomplishment when you reflect on your day. You are measured and purposeful, while maintaining humility as you lean into an “all hands-on deck” approach to supporting the Pharma team exceed FY21 and beyond fiscal goals.

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Hardworking, self-starter with a track record of success and drive for achievement
  • At least 3 years of customer facing experience required (including sales/cold-calling experience, possibly in a quota-carrying role)
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • A good understanding of the sales/buying cycle; ability to assess sales opportunities is a plus
  • Able to handle rejection and persevere
  • Strong communication skills (remote and/or in-person)
  • Healthcare experience is a big plus
  • Willing to work beyond a traditional 9 to 5
