Product Designer to work closely with our product managers, researchers, and engineers. We are a close-knit team that is inspired to change the world of mobility through research, data, and thoughtful critique. This individual must demonstrate a strong record of solving complex business problems, be passionate about creating compelling designs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring designers.
As a Product Designer, you will:
- Conceptualize, design, and create customer-centric designs for mobility products.
- Deliver journey maps, detailed design specs, and prototypes for usability and concept testing
- Contribute to design critiques, seeking feedback for your own designs and providing constructive feedback to team members
- Partner effectively with product, research, and engineering to deliver results that could not have been delivered by any one person or group alone
- Work with Product Managers, Developers, and fellow Designers to define/deliver product experiences.
- Guide, maintain and communicate interaction and visual consistency of experience across all platforms
- Conduct online and field studies to learn more about our customers

Required qualifications:
- 2 - 4 yrs experience in designing and shipping successful software products
- Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Human-Computer Interaction or design-related field
- Experience in planning, conducting and synthesizing discovery research and formative evaluations
- Thrive in a fast-paced agile environment and consistently deliver quality work in an iterative manner
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, both oral and written
- Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Abstract, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, and Zeplin.
