What You'll Do

Cisco Americas Global Inbound Sales business seeks a Services Sales Specialist with validated field sales experience and strong background in Global Accounts. These are high-touch accounts based in LATAM and Canada that the management role includes but not limited to responsibilities in customer relationship management, partner management, non-standard deal management, business development, funnel/pipeline management and technology/solution selling skills.

You'll be responsible for positioning and promoting the Cisco CX value proposition, driving the development and expansion of opportunities, and reinforcing existing.

Responsibilities

Implementation of the Global Teams sales strategy ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded in marketplace in LATAM and Canada

Work close to the account team in order to drive new services sales

Develop and handle relationships with existing clients within your customer base to expand services sales

Identify new sales opportunities in order to fulfill revenue objectives

Maintain a high-profile Cisco presence in the market place through the creation of strong solutions with customers that turn a sales relationship into a long-term commercial partnership

Control costs to ensure that expenditure is being handled in accordance with budgets

Develop and deliver accurate sales forecasts

Hit defined targets and contributing to overall profitability, success and positive image of Cisco in the marketplace.

This is an opportunity-based position, driving the full Cisco Services portfolio; with specific focus on services growth (subscription portfolio, eg: optimization of services, technical services automation). You will participate in developing the competitive strategy for the accounts, in line with the HQ account leader, and orchestrating extended team capabilities including, systems engineering, architectural specialists, services specialists, legal and finance.

Who You Are
You will be able to work within an extended team to execute against a sales strategy, lead large complex deals and position the business value of IT solutions to CIO’s and business leaders within your account(s)

BS / BA or equivalent preferred

Consistent record of successful solution selling

Demonstrable experience selling complex solutions to executive management

Ability to network within a customer organization to identify all key influencers and decision makers

Ability to work well with team members and collaborate effectively across the extended account team or teams

Displays Commercial Focus, Negotiation Skills, Problem Solving, Critical Thinking and Decision-making

English, Portuguese and Spanish required
