Our Exciting Opportunity

We are now looking for a Group Sourcing Compliance Manager! The main responsibility of this role is to drive sourcing process compliance and adherence, internally Ericsson and towards suppliers and other 3rd parties.

The person in this position will report to the Head of Sourcing Compliance Management within Group Sourcing Business Excellence and be part of a global sourcing compliance team. The position will also be the main interface and contact for Group Sourcing Category and Market Area Sourcing Organizations for compliance related questions

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate and raise awareness within all Sourcing areas on compliance obligations
  • Collaborate and support in Code of Business Ethics, Code of Conduct, Contract Compliance and Information Security audits follow up
  • Be an advisor for Business integrity screening review and follow-up of global suppliers and suppliers in Sourcing Category areas
  • Be engaged and assist in and Support and lead any 3rd party investigation related to Ericsson Supply Chain
  • Respond appropriately to incidents and take steps to prevent future incidents and advise about and promote the channels for anonymous or confidential reporting
  • Proactively drive, supervise, evaluate compliance activities and perform regular assessments and identify risk mitigation activities within Ericsson Sourcing and Supply Chain

Key Qualifications:

  • Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level in business, engineering or related fields
  • Solid experience working with supply-chain
  • Knowledge and experience from working in compliance with anti-bribery and anti-corruption
  • Audit and control experience is an advantage
  • Experience and knowledge from telecom sector is a plus
  • Experience and understanding of inspiring change and project management
  • Proficiency to work with internal and external compliance and reporting requirements
  • Highly developed knowledge and proven skills in people and thought leadership
  • Very good interpersonal skills for remote team work and virtual leadership in a global context
  • Be oriented for creativity and result achievements
