3rd Shift Hours: Fri-Sun, 5am - 5pm + Thurs, 5am - 5pm every other week. Hours may vary during peak seasons. Flexibility to work various shifts &/or weekends as needed.

Participate in all Shutterfly warehousing functions in a safe, professional manner consistent with all guidelines and rules. Provide uncompromised service to all Shutterfly warehousing customers in a swift, accurate, and professional manner.

This position requires an ability to step into the role of the Warehouse Manager when the Warehouse Manager is absent.

Essential Functions:

  • Be able to execute and be competent in all lower level functions
  • Follows and enforces all facility and department safety rules.
  • Leads and drives the weekly safety talks across all shifts.
  • 12 months of experience in a leadership role strongly preferred
  • Able to adapt in an ever-changing environment including handling multiple projects at one time (project management)
  • Effectively communicate in writing and verbally to warehouse operators, production teams, and leaders of all levels within the organization
  • Obtain all certifications related to hazardous chemicals and waste pertinent to Shutterfly
  • Advanced WMS competence
  • The warehouse representative for MRB and MRB walkthroughs
  • Advanced knowledge in iwarehouse
  • Assist Manager in compiling daily key indicators
  • Lead the warehouse team in the absence of the Manager
  • Makes recommendations to improve current processes and or new processes
  • Advanced Excel competence
  • Responsible for maintaining all administrative warehouse functions
    • R&I Board
    • Outgoing Manifest Documents
    • All Save to Server files
      • Daily Manifest receipts
      • Daily cycle count documents
      • All receiving documents
      • HAZMAT files
      • Completed training documents
      • Daily PI documentation
      • Warehouse Utilization reports
      • Safety Certifications
        • Forklift
        • Scissor Lift
        • Any additional equipment that requires certification
