Warehouse Administrative Assistant

Job Description

Lime is a smart-mobility provider that offers cities an array of products including Lime-E (e-assist bicycles) and Lime-S (electric scooters). Lime aims to revolutionize mobility in cities and campuses by empowering residents to take charge of their commutes with cleaner, more efficient, and affordable transportation options that improve urban sustainability. Our Warehouse Admin assistant is responsible for the onsite support of operations administration. This position works closely with our hub manager and supervisors to ensure compliance in system transactions, reporting, inventory, traffic control, material planning and shipping and receiving. Work Schedule: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (Monday thru Friday) .

What You'll Do

• Supports on site management team to ensure timely and efficient operations administration
• Ensures accuracy in records, reports, and data.
• Duties may include filing, scanning, answering phone, email messaging, and order entry.
• Teamwork and cooperation are required for proper job performance.
• Reporting relationships, work assignments, and work schedules are subject to change to meet company needs and business requirements.

About You

• Must be able to use Microsoft office products. (Excel, word, Outlook)
• Must be able to answer phone calls
• Must be able to enter data in the system
• Must be able to file and scanning info in the system
• Must be able to extract and produce reports
• Understand concepts of shipping, receiving and inventory control, QA and warehouse management system
• 3 Years Microsoft office products.
• 1 Years Office Administration
• 1 Years in warehouse environment with focus in shipping and receiving experience
