Provides daily oversight of and leads ongoing development and improvement of a program area or service.

1.0 FTE (80 hrs bi-weekly)

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS:

o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems; or related discipline is desired.

o Minimum of three years’ experience building SharePoint 2013 solutions.

o SharePoint Online experience is desired.

o Supply Chain experience desired but not required.

o Proficient building InfoPath forms, building declarative workflows, using master pages, page layouts and content types using the SharePoint UI and SharePoint Designer.

o Experience designing workflows using third party utilities such as Nintex is desired.

o Candidate should have excellent interpersonal and customer facing skills.

o Knowledge of SharePoint hosted apps for Office 365 and remote hosted apps for Office 365.

o Experience with Forms, Workflows, Power apps and InfoPath

o Design, develop and maintain key components of the software suite using .NET.

o Experience designing and implementing dashboards and custom reports using SQL Server Reporting Services, SQL Server Analysis Services, and/or SQL Server Integration Services is a plus.

TECHNOLOGY: (basic to intermediate skills required)

JavaScript, JSON, jQuery, .NET, XML, SOAP and REST services, SQL, Nintex, InfoPath, SharePoint/SharePoint Online, PowerApps, and SSIS.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

o Must be motivated, independent and self-sufficient. Able to receive an assigned task and see it through to completion with minimal supervision.

o Candidate must be the quintessential team player and a highly skilled communicator.

o Responsible for a host of SharePoint applications specific to Supply Chain Operations.

o Implement custom SharePoint applications, workflows and Business Intelligence dashboards.

o Perform software design using software development fundamentals and processes, debug, test, and deploy software solutions.

o Experience providing hands-on troubleshooting of end-user SharePoint issues.

o Provide production support on issues reported by customers.

o Assist in documenting and developing user and technical specification documentation.

o Retrieve data for analysis of system capabilities and requirements.

o Collaborate with product owners, developers and stakeholders to maintain project scope for application system design.

o Monitors application operation to detect potential problems.

o Identify software errors and potential fixes; assist in adapting existing capabilities with targeted new requirements. Analyze business data and requirements to identify and recommend system modifications.

o Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, etc.

o Develop and deliver user training.
