Thomson Reuters is seeking a Director of Sales Enablement. In this role you will be responsible for enabling the day-to-day operations of the Thomson Reuters Sales Enablement Team and lead the development and support of the use of tools, strategies and processes that will enable data to drive our impact on business results, learning prioritization and operational effectiveness. A key priority of the job is to provide subject matter expertise and hands on leadership in operational efficiency, program effectiveness, communication, program management and technology infrastructure. This role will build the Sales Enablement team’s capacity to reach performance targets and create better outcomes for our sales professionals and our business. You will also support the achievement of the Sales Enablement team strategies and objectives and drive key projects to support the transformation and centralization of the function while addressing on-going TR business and enablement needs. This position reports to the VP of Sales Enablement within the Commercial Excellence organization.

· Operational Efficiency – Drive consistency and efficiency in process across the Sales Enablement organization
· Program Effectiveness – Define metrics that sales enablement can directly influence, then measure and communicate the impact to the business
