Role: Business Analyst (Trade Finance / Transaction Banking )

Experience: 6 – 15 years

Location: Sentral KL

Role:

• Knowledge of Bank Trade or Finastra system will be an added advantage
• We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst or Business Consultant with 5+ years working experiences and knowledge in banking, preferably with exposure to Trade Finance and transaction banking related area.

Job Scope:

• The candidate is expected to demonstrated ability:
• Good understanding of business requirements in Trade Finance and able to bridge the gap, serve as liaison between business operations and technical team.
• Strong analytical skill to capture and analyse current business operation’s processes and their challenges and assist in defining new target state operating/business model
• Conduct requirement gathering and document business requirements and specifications needed for system modifications, enhancement and implementation
• Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process
• Understand emerging digital trends and automation solutions in the market
• Able to produce high quality written proposals & presentations
• Support manager and senior consultants to build knowledge through research of market trends and directions
• Create new insights an recommendation for client discussion
• Work closely with Go To Market team to provide pre-sales support around offerings
• Lead and manage work stream delivery on assigned projects
• Implement corrective and timely actions when require to ensure work stream delivery stays on track
