What We’re Looking For: Domio is looking for a General Manager to join our Operations team. This person will be responsible for managing the day to day operations of our properties in Miami and will lead their team to consistently deliver delightful guest experiences. The General Manager will be responsible for the financial performance of their properties.

At Domio You Will:

    • Deliver best in class memorable experiences for our guests and increase NPS
    • Lead and execute on key strategic initiatives, working cross-functionally to drive business performance and hit OKRs
    • Scale and develop high-performing, diverse teams across your team of hospitality, operations, vendors, and key partnerships
    • Be the face of and represent Domio locally and be informed of the regulatory landscape
    • Manage all aspects of operational activities, such as process creation, expansion plans, product success - all with the goal of creating highly efficient operations
    • Recruit, build, and lead a team of Hospitality Ops rockstars - you will be responsible for defining hiring needs in your city and bringing on top talent to help execute on the day-to-day, while also setting the future strategy
    • Leading by example and establishing a fun, inclusive, and safe work environment
    • Oversee budgeting, P&L performance, and financial optimization to reach profitability targets
    • Be responsible for growth and revenue in a highly competitive space - execution is key

Who You Are:

    • 10+ years of hotel management experience in a fast-growth environment
    • Experienced in leading, resourcing, and building hospitality teams
    • Experience inspiring a team that is aligned with extremely cross-functional stakeholders - can skillfully scale an operations organization into an efficient and effective team; demonstrated experience hiring, mentoring, and retaining a high-performing team
    • Operational and data-driven mindset, obsessed with eliminating waste and creating efficiencies
    • Entrepreneurial spirit or previous experience in early startups - you think outside of the box and are resourceful and fiscally responsible
    • Experience working in local governments
