Position summary

Deloitte is hiring a DAI Tier I Support Specialist in Fort Meade, MD.

*Secret security clearance required

One of Deloitte's clients has transitioned to a new Oracle Accounting System named DAI (Defense Agencies Initiative), which will also support Time and Labor. Our client is creating a Help Desk Team in which the contractor will assist the Government in developing user operating guidance that will apply to all Help Desk personnel and all client users of DAI, including all employees, remote access users, contractors, vendors, and any other party who is authorized to access this DAI system.

Help Desk contractors will perform the documented procedures necessary for effective and efficient operations. The Help Desk will be inclusive of all DAI users functional and technical issues as they relate to DAI. Our Help Desk Team and contractors will triage, develop and capture all DAI issues via a new, client-approved, trouble ticket tracking methodology in order to resolve issues related to user error. These services will not include resolution to any technical issues related to the DAI system itself.

Oracle Enterprise Solutions (OES)

Our Oracle Enterprise Solutions practice provides services from ERP and Cloud Strategy, through Business Transformation and Applications Implementation, to Operate and Cloud Release Management. We modernize our client’s business and core environments to leverage technology innovations around Cloud, Digital, Mobility and Social Collaboration. We help our clients address digital transformation by designing modern applications and industry specific solutions to deliver outcomes that improve flexibility, scalability and cost management. Oracle ERP products include Oracle Cloud SaaS, EBS, PeopleSoft, and JD Edwards.

Professionals can expect to deliver “heart of the business” projects and work closely with client leaders in finance, logistics, manufacturing, shop floor, scheduling, engineering and design, IT, project management as well as the C-suite including the CEO, CFO, CIO and COO. We assess current business processes and capabilities as part of digital transformation initiatives and support strategic priorities across clients’ enterprises.

Qualifications

- Financial Transformation experience.

- Oracle/EBS skills.

- Experience with Oracle based federal financial systems and/or directly with the Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) system.

- Active Secret-level US Government Security Clearance.
