• Financial Analyst

Responsibilites:

• Assisting in preparation of the budget for Poland, local production, monthly collecting of the actual results and summarizing of monthly forecasts
• Overview and monitoring of the EE countries reporting
• Analysis of profitability, FTE for each products (departments) including production
• Cross functional cooperation with accounting, contract administration, HR, Sales Ops
• Preparation of WIP, cost and revenue accruals and bad debt provisions for monthly bookings
• Monthly upload of forecast to Hyperion system and monitoring of EE submissions
• Preparation of monthly reporting required by corporate (DSO, driver analysis, etc.) and any other ad hock reports/ analysis
• Identification of possible savings areas, cost effectiveness initiatives and follow up actions
• Monitoring of the profitability of projects
• Managing collectability: preparation of overdues reports, monitoring of the DSO reporting
  

Requirements:

• +3 years of work experience in financial planning and analysis, including exposure to month-end close
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or other related discipline
• Knowledge of finance modules of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Excel expertise (vlookups, pivots) is a must
• Strong analytical and numeracy skills
• Ability to identify financial issues, develop and execute mitigating actions
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple work requirements to meet deadlines
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients
