Job Description

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be working with various interesting marketing projects and daily operational tasks on Tom Clancy’s Elite Squad and Howrse (Equideow).

You get to work on many different sides of marketing, e.g. growth marketing, customer insight, asset production, project management and brand marketing.

You will be working closely with and reporting to the Marketing Manager.

We are looking for a team player with a passion for games, entertainment and great marketing campaigns. You enjoy rolling up your sleeves and getting things done. You can keep track of multiple things at the same time, manage projects effectively from top level to smallest details and prioritize work against schedules. You are used to an autonomous and entrepreneurial working style and taking initiative comes naturally to you.

Missions :

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to coordinate projects and ensure things run smoothly and deadlines are met;
  • Handle the localization demands for all marketing assets;
  • Work in collaboration with the HQ on the creation of the App Store and Google pages by optimizing their performance (ASO) on each market;
  • Continually seek and research new ways to enhance the presence of our games on the stores;
  • Create and maintain reporting on the performance of all App Store / Google Play pages;
  • Manage our relationships with our ad networks and means of payment partners.

Qualifications

  • Master Degree in Marketing (University, Business School, ...)
  • +3 years experience in Marketing with the game industry or in a video game studio
  • You are a gamer
  • Excellent communication skills in English and ideally in a second language
  • Knowledge of marketing and social media platforms
  • You described yourself as a great planner with excellent organization skills
  • You are able to take initiative, be responsive to deadlines and handle multiple projects at the same time without losing sight of either the big picture or the fine details
