6-7 years prior experience in the Software Testing/QA function
• Strong Knowledge on Test Automation using Selenium with C#
• Strong knowledge on UI automation concepts using Selenium Web Driver.
• Strong knowledge of BDD/testing Framework using Specflow/ cucumber.
• Strong knowledge on Functional and manual Testing.
• Strong Knowledge in Continuous Integration /Development concepts.
• Strong Knowledge on Specflow and experience in any CI Tools like (Team City, Jenkins etc..)
• Work with bug tracking system to record, trace and drive to resolution defects and issues discovered
• Extensive Knowledge on Testing Process, Requirement Analysis, Test planning, Effort estimation, Execution, RCA and Report generation
• Good analytical skills and communications skills.
• Good understanding of agile methodology.
• Support development team in issues reproduction and root cause analysis
• Experience in managing Defect tracking tools like : JIRA,
Nice to have:
• Database Testing and Performance Testing Knowledge.
• Good Knowledge of Test automation tools like Selenium, JMeter etc.
• Technical background and understanding of the Healthcare industry
• Strong Database skills, mainly in SQL Server
Roles and Responsibilities
1). Need to deliver the task in every sprint as individual contributor and demonstrate same to the Product Owner.
2). Need to involve in sprint planning and task Estimation after end of every sprint.
3). Should write the Specflow, test scripts and execute them and raise the Defects.
4). Execute the regression suite in TeamCity or any CI tool and do the defect retesting.
5) Should do the Peers Review.
6). Guide and Mentor the junior resource in the team.
7). Should communicate any risk or challenge with Managers.
