Job Description

The Enterprise Implementation Consultant will support the onboarding process for our enterprise provider market. Ensuring a successful onboarding for these high value clients include conducting technical and product configuration, identifying appropriate staff sessions based on workflows, as well as reviewing success measurements with the customer stakeholder to ensure adoption within the first four to six months.
What you'll do...
  • Lead implementation sessions with Enterprise customers, both remote and on-site, focused on product training customized to unique workflows
  • Assistance in data configuration and set-up
  • Monitor and report customer success metrics both internally and externally to customers
  • Answer consulting questions to assist in successful outcomes for customer satisfaction
  • Successfully transition customers from implementation to long-term account management with additional teams
  • Creation of customer documents and plans for cross-organization growth.
What you'll bring...
  • Bachelor’s degree in education, communication, business, or applicable field is preferred.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in Healthcare IT training, onboarding, account management and/or support.
  • 1-2 years’ experience working with complex healthcare organizations.
  • Knowledge of E.M.R. functions and basic utilization
  • Ability to demonstrate high level multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent written and speech communication skills
