About the Opportunity

The Services Business Consultant drives the strategy and design of our client’s solution, providing a remarkable client experience. Once becoming a Mavenlink product expert, you will spearhead Mavenlink’s implementation process from start to finish, working with a diverse set of clients to develop the best configuration and business process. After mastering Client Implementations, many Business Consultants will then take on optimizing a client’s usage of Mavenlink delivering our Transformation Services where the consultant works closely with an already adopted Client to better or refine their usage of Mavenlink.
Goals & Responsibilities

• Understand our clients’ business requirements and objectives while ensuring alignment with the Mavenlink solution to drive desired business results
• Understand business process, industry, as well as solution best practices and leverage these to coach clients to a successful usage of Mavenlink
• Nurture relationships with existing and new business stakeholders (30-500 employees) to drive deployment activities such as requirements gathering, functional design, system testing, user acceptance testing, issue troubleshooting, and resolution, change management, and training
• Build and share repeatable processes and quality deliverables that may be leveraged across multiple projects to increase speed and reduce costs.
• Review trends, support internal documentation, development projects, and processes to identify improvement opportunities in practices and organizational methodology
• Lead in solution design workshops, defining business needs, and proposing business processes

Required

• 3+ years of strategic implementation experience in a SaaS or related industry with direct responsibility in a client-facing role
• Broad technical knowledge of internet-based products and technologies
• Self-motivated and directed, a collaborator, and has a can-do attitude
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively cope with change and maintain high levels of performance while mitigating risk and addressing areas of uncertainty
