You will also be the first face our members, visitors, and teammates see when they enter our beautiful Center and in that context, you will have the responsibility of setting the tone for our service experience. You have a few years’ experience serving as a concierge or front desk-associate and may even have a hospitality, customer experience, or events management background. You enjoy interacting with others and are a natural ‘people person’ that goes above and beyond to anticipate and deliver on the needs of others.You have a track record of owning problems from discovery to resolution, and you equally enjoy rolling up your sleeves to help out the team where needed - whether that be stocking supplies, or taking on tasks outside of your purview. Equally importantly, you put on your thinking cap to design long-term solutions that continue to iterate and improve upon our service experience in the front of house. Summary of key areas of ownership
  • Serve as the greeter to members, checking them in, seamlessly handing them off to our team, and noting opportunities to improve our experience
  • Cross-check appointments on multiple platforms and troubleshoot member issues.
  • Utilize our existing practice management systems to support clinical operations and provide world-class customer service
  • Serve as the hub for inquiries at the Parsley Health Center and direct members to the appropriate party for help with labs, insurance, or supplements
  • Manage sales management systems and garner insights to improve retail offerings and member experience
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Lounge and Entry areas, and maintain inventory
  • Serve as the point person for administering open or close procedures
  • Complete occasional analytical tasks in collaboration with Clinical Operations, Membership Experience, and Business Operations
  • Communicate with the broader team around opportunities to improve office operations
  • Work day hours to be determined
  • Please note that our Center has put new operations into place to ensure the safety and comfort of our members and employees. Host responsibilities upon greeting members will include offering members a facemask, ensuring members pass health screening questions, and taking members’ temperatures with a no-contact thermometer. Though currently, certain areas of our Center remain closed, additional responsibilities in the future may include serving beverages and pre-packaged food items to members and supporting team and member events.
Qualifications
  • Must be located in Los Angeles.
  • 2-4 years experience of in-person (i.e. non-remote) hospitality, office management, concierge, customer service, or events production
  • Deep-seated organizational skills and an innate desire for cleanliness and order; everything has a neat place in your ideal world, and you enjoy ensuring everyone around you has what they need to succeed
  • An energetic, outgoing, friendly, genuine, and professional attitude
  • A sincere sense of responsibility, accountability, and reliability
  • Get-stuff-done and no-task-too-small attitude, willingness to dive into the details and flex to support the team as needed; a passion for scalable processes and operations improvement
  • A proactive, continuous improvement mindset.
