Job Description

We currently have 750 people from more than 50 nationalities working in our Berlin and New York offices. A culture of difference and dignity is critical to how we’ve connected with millions of users in every hemisphere.
We are looking for a talented Curriculum Manager to join our Babbel Live Team in Berlin!

You will be

- Creating and managing blended learning concepts, utilizing the Babbel content ecosystem to enrich the learning experience
- Hypothesizing, testing and validating new tutoring approaches within the live tutoring environment, rapidly iterating upon learner and teacher feedback
- Building, coordinating, and briefing project teams of internal and freelance teachers, editors and authors
- Reviewing and signing off teaching content in various learning languages, ensuring consistency and quality output
- Developing strong partnership and collaboration with your key product functions (Didactics, Design, Research, Product) and relevant parts of the business
You are
- A team player with exceptional communication skills to interact across diverse backgrounds
- A strategic, analytical thinker who enjoys identifying creative solutions to problems
- Organized, self-starting and able to manage multiple projects effectively
You have:
- University degree in Philology, Linguistics or a related field
- Experience in digital production of teaching materials and publishing
- Experienced in content creation, management or acquisition preferably in a technical field
- Experience with the digital self-study market and/or digital learning content development
- A passion for languages and cultures
- Excellent English skills, while other languages, are a plus
Why Babbel?
- Great company benefits (30 vacation days, unlimited access to Babbel account, high-end company bike, fresh fruit and drinks)
- Opportunity for personal growth and development: we are a learning company and take learning seriously
- A lively startup atmosphere with friendly working hours
- A vibrant international team from over 50 different nationalities
- Responsibility from day one and professional and personal growth
We look forward to hearing from you!
