Key Account Manager Italy , you will be fully dedicated to customer product comprehension and satisfaction, as well as participating in the creation of the service and the implementation of processes. You will provide a first-class onboarding experience to our premium clients and help them activate Qonto. You will join the Italian Team of 20+ people. You will report directly to
Mariano our Country Manager Italy. 👩💻🧑💻
As a Key Account Manager Italy at Qonto, you will : •
Provide premium onboarding to our VIP clients and make sure they have a perfect understanding of how to use their new Qonto account; •
Support product localization and work alongside the Italian team and the sales team to help them build the processes and features that our local customers need most, giving feedback on the product in order to improve it continuously; •
Create a special connection with your customer's portfolio and offer our VIP Italian customers an outstanding level of service, making them fall in love with Qonto and be willing to recommend our services to other companies in Italy; •
Identify and turn opportunities into business results , as well as upsell our customer base in order to develop and reinforce Qonto business metrics within the Italian market.

🤝 About your future manager Mariano , Country Director Italy, will be the one to help you succeed.
• His background? After completing his studies in management engineering at Politecnico di Milano, Mariano developed experiences in multiple sectors going from healthcare (ICH), to industrial production in large-scale distribution (Decathlon). He quickly discovered an interest in startups and highly scalable business models, which is why he then decided to join Flixbus to grow its business in Italy, and then launch his own startup (JustAvv), to make legal services digital and more accessible. He finally joined Qonto in January 2019, as Country Manager Italy, and quickly made it our biggest international market. •
What he can bring to the team? Business-oriented, data-driven, and team worker, Mariano is highly motivated to keep growing our actual 20+ Italian growth team, setting it up to keep up with our great ambition for the Italian market, which is Qonto’s 2nd market in terms of customer base.
🥇 About You •
Experience: You have 3+ years of experience in a digital/tech environment (previous experience within the SaaS in the B2B segment focused on SMEs is a plus); •
Customer-centric: Your main objective is to make your customers fans of Qonto, and to find an effective solution to every problem they may encounter; •
Goal-oriented: You are goal-oriented, analytical, and like to have a visible impact on a daily basis; •
Structured mindset: You know how to spot, quantify, and communicate/escalade in a structured way around opportunities or improvements that might bring Qonto a strategic advantage; •
Communication skills: You show empathy to adapt your speech according to your interlocutors. You also master fundamental business & sales speech; •
Languages: You have perfect written and oral Italian (fluent) and a good level of English (French is a plus).
