We are helping millions save when they shop online, and we're hiring! We are actively seeking an Engineering Manager (Droplist) to join our team in Los Angeles.

We're looking for an Engineering Manager to join Honey. This person will focus on driving savings and purchase intent through the Honey ecosystem. As an Engineering Manager on the Droplist team, you'll take ownership of one of the most critical features in our system. You can expect to work with a team of 10 cross functional members. Your contribution will impact how Honey ensures our members are buying the products they want at prices they want and thus ensuring that Honey is the better way to buy.

In this role, you'll:

• Be responsible for delivering engineering and operational excellence for Honey’s Droplist team.
• Be responsible for managing the architecture, design, development, and releases of the Droplist Team.
• Build, manage, mentor, and coach a team of highly-skilled Software Engineers.
• Own all operational metrics for your team.
• Help develop long-term development and business technology strategies.
• Represent the engineering organization and evangelize the work to leadership.
