We are looking for a full-time (Financial) Controller for our Controlling Team!
As a (Financial) Controller, you will be part of our experienced Controlling team and take on responsibility as a dedicated contact person towards all cost center owner & Business Intelligence stakeholders. Additionally, you will be providing data to various stakeholders to support the growing business areas of our organization. Personal contact with our stakeholders will be your critical path to success.
You are:
- Analytically strong with the attention to detail and ability to draw conclusions and insights from data
- An expert in Excel, BI tools (Tableau) and planning software (experience in Jedox is a plus)
- Communicative and enjoy working internationally and cross-departmentally
- Keen to learn in a fast-paced multinational environment
- Fluent in English and German (at least B1)
You have
- A degree (Bachelor, Master) in Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, or equivalent and you have number-related work experience of 3-5 years.
- Great analytical skills to deliver a strong data-driven performance
- A self-leading mindset when it comes to solution finding and delivering results in an efficient manner
- A hands-on mentality with the ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads
You will be
- A sparring partner of our internal stakeholders to support them in all aspects of current business, as well as challenging financial and performance-related topics
- Designing and implementing processes for business unit planning to achieve efficiency and ensure qualitative measures
- Assisting with preparation of business cases for complex projects, capital investments, and new business opportunities
- Responsible for monitoring and managing regular reporting activities for key HR indicators and ad hoc reports
- Monitoring organizational changes and ensure alignment with internal requirements and reporting
- Driving forecasts, budgets, and strategic planning for personnel, costs, and investments.
