As Zoom’s Sales Enablement team grows, we are looking for a Senior Enablement Manager to equip the Sales Segment Managers with the skills, tools, processes, and confidence to effectively lead their sales staff, improve results, and significantly grow revenue. We are seeking an experienced, creative, problem solver for our Sales Enablement team. In Zoom’s competitive market, agile and effective sales segment managers are crucial to our sellers’ abilities to win deals and provide results.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver effective hands-on coaching, enablement, mentoring, and training of Sales Segment Managers utilizing both one-on-one and group settings, through workshops, on-demand, virtual, and in-person processes.
• Assess, enable, and measure the success of Sales Segment Managers’ readiness to lead and improve their team’s results.
• Develop, build, and reinforce a culture of planning, resource management, execution, and continual improvement. Build, apply, and refine messaging for Segment Managers to utilize in challenging and/or difficult prospect conversations.
• Develop and implement objection handling frameworks, negotiation strategies, deal structure & creativity, and qualification strategies/methodologies for use by the Sales Segment Managers. Develop and implement KPIs and sales waterfall reporting & analysis for use by the Sales Segment Managers. Provide hands-on training to enable Sales Segment Managers to hire, train, promote, counsel, and manage sales staff.
• Enable Sales Segment Managers with product, industry, and vertical segment knowledge to accelerate Sales Reps ramp and increase productivity.
• Institute and train Sales Segment Managers on sales methodologies such as The Challenger Sale and Customer, Sandler, Skip Miller, SPIN Selling, Selling Through Curiosity, etc.).
• Collaborate with sales leadership, marketing, product marketing, customer success, channel, people experience, and other departments and key stakeholders as strategic partners to identify and solve challenges across the sales organization.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5-7 years experience in sales enablement or sales management with a successful track record of training and developing world-class sales teams.
• 5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying direct or channel sale role
• Deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles, sales process, and sales leadership coaching
• 2+ years of people management experience
• BS/BA degree preferred but not required
• Understand the nuances and fast-paced environment of a high growth company
• Highly organized and able to prioritize work effectively.An aptitude for problem-solving and working cross-functionally with others
• Driven, analytical, creative problem solver
• High energy, engaging and inspiring personality
• Experience with enablement and sales tools including prospecting, CRM, readiness, content management, and learning management
• Versed in the sales process (CRM), sales messaging (Challenger or Selling Through Curiosity) and sales methodology (MEDDICC)
• TRAVEL: up to 30%
