AEM Support Analyst

Overview

Tiffany & Co. is currently seeking an AEM Support Analyst in Parsippany, NJ. The primary purpose of this position is to coordinate and participate in the configuration, monitoring, and optimization of Adobe Experience Manager system and related legacy web-based user applications within Tiffany & Co.

Responsibilities

Provide intermediate level configuration and support of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) applications in all environments while collaborating with business units and IT cross functional support teams on options for

remediation. Coordinate and participate in the discovery, installation, and ongoing maintenance of all 3rd party applications that interface with the AEM system. Serve as primary interface between AEM and other IT teams or 3rd party vendors. Document all systems configurations. Participate in the deployment process, providing intermediate web configuration changes and other customizations required to support business requirements. Prepare and deliver technical design walk-through with other IT teams interfacing with AEM while ensuring optimum application set-up. Coordinate the planning and delivery of all new application implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, and/or relevant experience

• 3-5 years equivalent job related experience with relevant technology

• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager, Oracle Endeca Search Engine, Akamai CDN

• Technical knowledge of Microsoft IIS, .NET and SQL, JAVA script, networking technologies including DNS, Load Balancing, URL redirects, Windows 2012\2016 OS, AEM Jetty

• Working knowledge of Microsoft .NET foundation web applications is desirable

• Understanding of SDLC principles

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to respond to outages or participate in scheduled deployments during non-traditional work hours to support business needs
