Franchise Account Executive, Enterprise Sales

We're looking for a Franchise Account Executive to sell National restaurant franchisees from our National partnerships in Canada to join our powerful DoorDash delivery platform. The Canada DoorDash Enterprise team is responsible for the strategic vision, acquisition, and development of the largest restaurant groups in Canada. Given the scale of our key partners, this role is a critical piece of DoorDash’s growth and success in every market in which we operate. As a Franchise Account Executive, you will help our growth plans by the day to day sales execution for a portfolio of national brands.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the pipeline of franchise restaurants in all phases of our relationship; prospecting, closing, and growing
  • Partner closely with the enterprise account management team to draft compelling proposals for restaurant franchisees
  • Partner closely with operational teams to document learnings from sales processes to help us build out a best-in-class product
  • Accelerate a highly organized sales cycle with the goal of closing new deals

About You

  • Prior experience with leading an end-to-end sales cycle
  • An impressive track record of being a hustler and a top performer
  • A highly driven and ambitious attitude and will do whatever it takes to win
  • Adaptable, resilient, and able to thrive in ambiguity - things change quickly
  • The desire and ability to learn and excel and strong instincts on how to be strategic in leading client-facing conversations
  • Self-starter - you have a bias towards action and are able to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing work environment
  • Self-motivated - you are able to work with minimal supervision while achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals
  • Problem solver - you can independently translate high-level goals into actionable plans

Qualifications

  • 2 years of sales development/sales experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred

Nice to haves

  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Experience with Excel and PowerPoint (Google Apps and Keynote are great as well!)
