How you’ll make your mark:

  • You are responsible for a defined set of Healthcare-, Higher-Education-, Social and Welfare accounts in Germany/ Bavaria
  • You drive public account penetration in existing and new account, aligned with the channel engagement model
  • You coordinate internal resources and external partners to deliver desired solutions to public customers plus to act as a trusted advisor
  • You establish relationships with customers and partners at all organizational levels and identify buying influencers
  • You use our CRM tools to ensure knowledge sharing, synergies and business predictability
  • You achieve quota by working with individual targets and execute aligned with Aruba team objectives
  • You plan handover and leverage correct organizational resource (technical consultants & channel) to ensure customer satisfaction and brand integrity
  • You contribute to our long-term success by regular best-practice sharing and seaking constant improvement

About you:

  • You have a university degree in computer science/business administration or equivalent qualification
  • You have > 5 years working experience in a sales Environment selling products, solutions and Services, ideally experience in public sector sales.
  • Sound knowledge of IT sales/market, prefered in networking and security Technology
  • Deep knowledge about deal project management, business planning, execution and Control
  • You are self-motivated with a go-and-get approach and will to win
  • You have excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and influencing skills
  • You convince with strong customer orientation, emphatic and advisory expertise.
  • You show a high level of responsibility and confidence.
  • You are fluent in English and German language
