Product manager for HPE GreenLake Quick Quote working in a dynamic team supporting HPE's primary strategic business area

This role will directly lead efforts on development, training, support and all facets of the HPE GreenLake Quick Quote (GLQQ) application which is a key investment area to support HPE’s flagship consumption service, GreenLake. GreenLake is a cornerstone of the HPE go forward strategy and has seen rapid and sustained growth since its inception and this is expected to accelerate further over the next 3 years.

As the HPE GreenLake Quick Quote Product Manager you will work in a newly formed, dynamic, team concentrated on helping to drive the GreenLake business towards its aggressive growth strategy.

Given the strategic importance of GreenLake, and the ever expanding and transforming GreenLake portfolio, we are looking for individuals who are highly self-motivated and who are eager to learn and grow within the role and who can use this drive to immediately add value to the organisation.

GLQQ is a sales quoting tool used by thousands of internal and external sales users with plans to broaden this into a direct to customer experience (B2B and B2C) in the short term. GLQQ is a key part of the growth strategy for GreenLake, facilitating quotes of GreenLake standard offers, including proposal, presentation and contractual outputs, to target customers either through a direct or channel route to market.

GLQQ was launched initially in November 2019 on the SAP Commerce Cloud platform with a very aggressive roadmap of expansion planned over the coming years.

This role will be the key focal for all facets of the GLQQ application, this will include:

• Helping to shape the overall user experience (Design and UX)
• A focus on ensuring that we are building “the right thing” and a great articulation of that is included here in this article
• Working on detailed requirements that can be used by development teams to add new functionality
• Providing leadership, advice and support to development scrum teams through the Agile development process and associated sprints
• Providing support, training and communications to thousands of users around the world
• Driving innovation in areas which will help broaden the reach and appeal of GLQQ
• Presenting out to senior stakeholders on development progress, tool analytics and more
• Working with cross functional teams such as Product Management and HPE IT to ensure a well rounded product that meets the business needs and is technically sound
• Exposure to additional pricing tasks such as NSI, GreenLake custom pricing and special projects could also be offered if desired.

The ideal candidate should be highly motivated and will ideally have a very strong background in product and project management. Experience of consumption/utility based pricing models as well as Agile development would be a distinct advantage.
