We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer for our Data Platform team in Berlin!

You are

• a seasoned developer specializing in creating scalable and reliable services
• passionate about learning and collaborating closely with peers
• always ready to share your knowledge with others
• determined to help us create the best language learning experience possible

You have

• extensive experience creating scalable and reliable services
• 4+ year of experience working with Python or other mainstream languages
• advanced knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, GCP or Azure)
• familiarity with database design and infrastructure management
• great command of databases, relational and NoSQL

You will

• help us design scalable data services ( Python )
• manage our databases and warehouses ( MySQL , Snowflake , DynamoDB )
• automate our infrastructure ( Terraform )
• mentor our junior developers and enable them to thrive
