What You'll Do

We have a phenomenal opportunity for an IT Architect to join our team in Sales IT. Develop your technical skills and functional understanding as you craft and deliver new capabilities using ground breaking technologies and processes. Hone your teamwork and leadership skills as you guide a team of hardworking engineers and influence business stakeholders. Responsibilities include:

• Partner with IT and Business architects design capabilities and features
• Guide Technical leads and Senior Engineers to produce detailed technical designs
• Guide solution delivery teams who will build your vision
• Define and drive development standards (both technical and process)

Who You Are

You are a self-motivated IT professional who has a real passion for technology and solving problems. You thrive on the challenge that ambiguity brings and you are able to influence within and outside the organization to produce clarity for your team. Minimum requirements include:

• BS in Computer Science or a relevant Engineering degree with strong Computer Science fundamentals
• 15+ years of professional experience designing and building software solutions.
• Functional knowledge of Sales Motions and Crediting and Compensation of models
• Hands-on experience in RDBMS (Oracle), PL/SQL, and Java
• Exposure to noSQL and big data technologies
• Exposure to Informatica, Mulesoft, or Pega
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall development methodologies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Energy and real passion for your work

• Experience with any of the following Sales Compensation platforms; Anaplan, Callidus / CallidusCloud, Xactly or Oracle Incentive Compensation.
